We deliver across Montreal, Greater Montreal, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on the distance from our shop.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available within 5 hours of placing your order, depending on timing and availability. Orders placed too close to closing may be moved to the following day.
3. What delivery time slots are available?
Our standard delivery windows are 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Delivery instructions can be added, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
4. Are delivery times guaranteed on Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day?
During peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, deliveries take place throughout the day, typically between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
5. Will my arrangement look exactly like the product photo?
Product photos represent the overall style, size, and feeling of the design. Because we work with fresh seasonal flowers, certain blooms may vary depending on availability.
6. What happens if a flower is unavailable?
If a specific flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute it with blooms of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and feeling of the arrangement.
7. Can I choose a color preference for my flowers?
Yes. You may leave a color preference when placing your order. If certain colors are unavailable, we will create a similar look using the best seasonal flowers available.
8. Can I add a personal card message?
Yes. You can include a personalized card message with your order. Card messages should be kept within the character limit shown on the product page.
9. Do you offer AI-generated card message suggestions?
Yes. For many products, you can choose from message categories such as birthday, thank you, get well, thinking of you, love, or sympathy. You may also write your own custom message.
10. What add-ons are available?
Available add-ons may include stuffed animals, personalized balloons, and vases depending on the product type. Add-on availability may vary by collection.
11. Can I add a personalized balloon?
Personalized balloons may be added to eligible bouquet and floral arrangement orders. Balloon messages must stay within the character limit shown on the product page.
12. What information is required for sympathy orders?
For sympathy orders, please provide the name of the deceased, funeral home address, date of service, and service start time so our team can coordinate delivery properly.
13. Can I add a banner message to a sympathy piece?
Yes. Select sympathy pieces allow a banner message. Banner text must be short and within the character limit shown on the product page.
14. Do you create custom floral designs?
Yes. Fleurs Martello creates custom floral designs for weddings, events, sympathy tributes, and special occasions. For custom work, our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
15. Are orders refundable?
All online, phone, and in-store floral orders are final sale. Because each piece is custom-prepared with fresh flowers, returns and refunds are not available once an order is placed.
