We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, fresh flowers, plants, custom arrangements, special orders, personalized items, gift items, and sale items.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are perishable, custom-made, or prepared specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes floral arrangements, bouquets, plants, sympathy tributes, event florals, custom designs, and any personalized orders.

Cancellations
